Andrew Yang is executive director and co-founder of Synergy Enterprise Australia. With a range of experience from sales & marketing, to warehousing & logistics, web & software development and a high spirit of entrepenuerialism this combination has helped to lead this company(s) from its initial incorporation to where it is today.
With a vision of business helping to drive social change in the community this has inspired the creative business solutions and models that will effectively change the lives and families of those less fortunate.
Eric Tjoeng
Director and Financial Controller
Eric a leading practitioner of business transformation and improvement, and has a proven track record in bringing businesses to the next level. With over 28 years experience and understanding of business strategies, business management, financial control, accounting and business systems this will help ensure the continued success of Synergy Enterprise.
He has demonstrated success in various Senior Management, Accounting, and IT roles with blue chip companies and is a leading Partner of CAD Partners, a team of over 70 Business Advisors/Chief Financial Officers helping businesses throughout Australia and New Zealand.
Eric is a believer in life long learning, and he has obtained his first academic qualifications in Bachelor of Economics from the University of Sydney, to be followed by Grad. Dip. EDP (Nepean), Grad. Dip. Management (Deakin), MBA (Deakin), MA Management Research (MGSM), Executive Coaching (MGSM).
He is a Certified Practising Accountant, a member of the Australian Institute of Management, and a member of the Australian Computer Society. Eric is in the judging panel for various Business Awards at local, state and national levels, as well as a recognised executive coach/mentor, conference and business speaker.
With a shared vision of good corporate citizenship and social responsibility Eric advises and leads the board, management and staff in pro-active strategic management, financial control and business operation for the success of Synergy Enterprise and the achievement of its vision.
Lina Tjoeng
Director and Company Secretary
Lina Tjoeng is a practicing Solicitor and an active, well respected community leader with a great social conscience. Besides her legal expertise, she also has many years experience dealing with various government and non government agencies, community leaders and community issues.
She obtained her first degree in Social Science from Macquarie University follow by her LLB (Macquarie) and Grad Dip Legal Practice ( Sydney College of Law).
With a shared vision and passion for social justice, people & community development, Lina advises the Board and contributes her expertise in the achievement of Synergy Enterprise objectives and vision.
